~~> Although there is also a vacancy, employers still deny pregnancy. It's an unfair action for women in general and pregnancy in particular, beecause their pregnant are not a disease to isolate. They need to care and respect like other people.

~~> The author wants to have a strog impression on readers, so he emphasizes the number "22 millions people". In fact, governments just say "delay the increasing on salaries", it's not "don't increase the salaries".

~~> When people think about British, they often have a mental image like the above picture without regard to individual differences. This image also is what British consider about themselves.
